This
page is dedicated to the years Annual Dinner of 2004, from here
you will be able to find out everything you need to know about this
years event. It was a great night and everyone had a great time,
especially watching Samuel fumble through his after dinner speech
before Dr Raychaudhury's talk. As always lots of probably embarrassing
photos where taken and these can be found below.

The
Annual Dinner included a three course meal (with wine) followed
by an after dinner talk by our guest speaker. More information on

there is quite good coverage of the people attending and are taken
by many different people so we would like to thank everyone for

Menu
Minestrone soup
Supreme of chicken served with a red wine and
wild mushroom jus or roast gravy
(or Stuffed Peppers and
Mediterranean vegetables with cous cous).
Selection of market fresh vegetables and potatoes
Tropical cheesecake with a mango and strawberry
coulis
Freshly brewed coffee or tea
[A bottle of Piesporter and a bottle of Merlot
on each table]
Directions
to hotel:
Road
From A38 follow signs for International Convention Centre (ICC),
Broad Street. On Broad Street continue towards Five Ways Island.
Take underpass which leads onto Hagley Road. The hotel is situated
1 mile on the right. There are 200 car parking spaces at no charge.
Railway
Birmingham New Street Railway Station is 2.5 miles from the hotel.
It is advised to take a taxi
Walking
This is within walking distance of the Vale, for a map see the

are probably not the best for any individual but give a basic
